Wedding planners help couples organize their wedding by managing budgets, timelines, vendor communication and overseeing all logistics of the event, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for the couple and guests.
Communication & Vision
  • The Coordinator helps fill in the blank areas of the information gathering.
  • Ensures everything goes according to the couple's plans and specifications on the wedding day.
  • Communicates with all teams working with the couple, ensuring awareness of duties and responsibilities.
  • Meet with couples to discuss vision, requirements, and budget.
  • Create a cohesive wedding concept based on preferences.
  • Maintain regular communication throughout planning.
Order Of Events & Logistics
  • Create and manage a detailed order of events.
  • Oversee venue setup, seating, and guest flow.
  • Ensure arrangements are ready for the wedding day.
  • Plan activities and coordinate vendors from engagement through wedding day.
  • Create and manage the full wedding timeline.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of the wedding.
Budget Management
  • Discuss budget priorities and identify top spending areas.
  • Create and manage the wedding budget.
  • Provide budget-friendly vendor options.
  • Track expenses and provide financial reports.
Vendor Management Not applicable
  • Recommend and secure vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate vendors on the wedding day.
Rehearsal & Day Of Responsibilities
  • Conduct wedding rehearsal.
  • Oversee all aspects of the wedding day.
  • Communicate with teams and families prior to the event.
  • Handle unexpected issues during the event.
  • Conduct wedding rehearsal.

Additional Duties
